Every Cedrow order comes with a free home trial (30, 90, or 100 days depending on the product — see the product page), and every product is backed by a 2-year guarantee.

Free returns — and for some products, no need to return at all. Just email support@getcedrow.com and we'll send instructions.

To start, email support@getcedrow.com with your order number. We'll let you know whether the item needs to be returned and send instructions. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
